We use a database supplied by Royal Mail to validate postcodes and addresses. In some cases, this database is out of date. If you are in a new development your postcode may not be updated correctly. Contact our customer service team who can help you get your address validated and arrange your installation.

Part of the process for signing up for a new broadband deal, regulated by Ofcom requires us to send you documents. We choose to do this via e-mail so the installation process can be as quick and easy as possible. You can update your e-mail address in your My Account at any time as well as your marketing preferences.

We can only guarantee the broadband speed to the first router in your network. The technology used in your devices to connect to either Wi-Fi or ethernet (cable) will determine the speed your device can connect to your home broadband network. This is the same for all broadband suppliers!
