We use a database supplied by Royal Mail to validate postcodes and addresses. In some cases, this database is out of date. If you are in a new development your postcode may not be updated correctly. Part of the process for signing up for a new broadband deal, regulated by Ofcom requires us to send you documents. We choose to do this via e-mail so the installation process can be as quick and easy as possible.
