Who we help
Internet for Everyone helps communities and community groups to connect with the internet using our digital inclusion program. To take part in the program reach out to one of our local partners who can help you get connected to the internet.
Any organisation can apply to be a referral partner simply complete the contact form on our Internet for Everyone page and our Internet for Everyone team will get in contact with you to start the application process.
How we help
We help different community groups connect to the internet using our fixed wireless broadband network.
To apply simply contact one of our referral partners, all you have to do is to complete a simple application form (if you need help completing the form our referral partner will be able to help you).
In some cases, we have been able to help schools provide pupils with hardware to connect to the internet and allow pupils to carry on education remotely.
What is the installation process?
When we receive an application from one of our referral partners the only difference between an Internet for Everyone installation and customer installation is we call to arrange the installation date. From this point onwards installation and connection are the same for all of our customers.
You need to give us your address and telephone number. If you give us your mobile number you can also book your installation time and date online)
Select your package
If you have accepted cookies (not the biscuits sorry!) you can go away and check which package is best for you, when you return to our website you will be able to carry on with your order.

Confirm Details
Please confirm your contact details, including your date of birth. At this stage set up your direct debit details. You will be able to update your contact us details when your account is created.

If you have give us your mobile phone number you can book an appointment on our website. If you have not given us your mobile phone details we will call you to arrange the appointment.

Our network delivery depends on finding your address and checking you can connect. Initially, we do this by checking your address and postcode. In most cases, this is enough information to arrange your installation. We also carry out more detailed checks before installing our broadband at your property.
We use a database supplied by Royal Mail to validate postcodes and addresses. In some cases, this database is out of date. If you are in a new development your postcode may not be updated correctly. Contact our customer service team who can help you get your address validated and arrange your installation.
Part of the process for signing up for a new broadband deal, regulated by OfCom requires us to send you documents. We choose to do this via e-mail so the installation process can be as quick and easy as possible. You can update your e-mail address in your My Account at any time as well as your marketing preferences.
We can only guarantee the broadband speed to the first router in your network. The technology used in your devices to connect to either Wi-Fi or ethernet (cable) will determine the speed your device can connect to your home broadband network. This is the same for all broadband suppliers!
