You’ve got direct contact, you know when we had BT it was just getting passed around the houses and it’s just annoying trying to run a business (when having internet issues) and we must’ve rang them about 20 times and waited about an hour and never got through to the right person or anything. Where as now we have a direct line to Opus should we ever need it.”
